Hi all,
I have decided to start ALA. I am currently 175lbs, trying to lean out (add muscle, slowly is fine, but no fat, trying to decrease bf). I was told by many to start ALA. I currently get about 125g carbs per day, split into 5 meals of 25g each meal, last 2 meals = no carbs (last carb meal at around 7pm, i sleep at about 12pm). I just wanted to know then:
1. how much ALA should I start off with?
2. should I taper ALA, or just run @ fixed dosage
3. should I cycle ALA, like 2 weeks on 2 off, or can i use it continually
4. should I keep my carbs at that level if I add ALA?
