25-50 mg ephedrine


I just bought a bottle of Yohimbe Bark Extract and this is what it has in it:

1 capsule:

500mg Yohimbe extract (Corynanthe yohimbine)(bark)
std. to 1.6%Yohimbine 8mg

How many caps should i take with the EC stack?

got it at the vitamin shoppe by my house. I have been reading up and it looks like most people prefer Yohimbine HCL over Yohimbe extract...hmmm what to do......
