Just bought a plain bag of dextrose and was wondering how to mesure it..
how many grams of it do I get per tablespoon.... how do I mesure it to know how many carbs I'm getting?!?

take your protein scoop, and on the label of your protein bag/tub it will say one serving (xx.xxx g's) that XX number is the weight that each scoop contains of the powder, the density of the dextrose and that protein are close enough.
so one scoop of dextrose is about XX.XXX g's of it.
yes.. like psychotron said...density are close... 1 g dextrose = 1 g carb
half a cup = 75g carbs
1 scoop of dextrose is about 45g (using a protein scopper from ON). so the density isn't the same as protein.
use two scoops of protein and 2 scoops of dextrose for your 2:1 ratio
