What is the most supplements/vitamins that one could take daily and not cause any sort of problems or overload? I'm not talking about a ton of stuff a day, just wanted to know about how many would be advisable.

kind of a vague question. If you are not taking anything that can hurt you, then you should be fine as long as you do not overdose on a specific vitamin/supplement.
