I really enjoy the powerful effects of creatine but all the time i am on it everyone notices how my face just bloats!!! Is there anything out there that could help avoid how much my face bloats. Monday i am starting Clen and im going to get back on Creatine i just want to be prepared early. Any help would be appreciated.

Use creatine ethyl ester (CEE), instead of what your using now. CEE won't have any bloat. Also remember to supplement with taurine and potassium, along with drinking at least a gallon of water ED when using clen.
NSA= right now im using Creatine Monohydrate. I'll be sure to get (CEE) ASAP. Thanks bro
Thats what i figured you were using, it doesn't really matter though. Anything other than CEE will cause some degree of water retention. And thats what your problem is, not fat.
Just increase your water intake and you should lose the bloat.

Have the doctor check your kidney function. Creatine doesn't cause your face to bloat, but it can disrupt kidney function in certain people, especially if you're over doing it. And decrease in kidney function can cause your face to bloat.
