Critique supplement usage please.
Glutamine 3 times daily, a multivitamin, CEE and AAKG pre workout and a whey protein and dextrose shake post workout.
I would also want to include amino acids, but I'm not sure what a good source of them is. Tell me what you guys think though; all comments are appreciated.Last edited by Darion; 06-09-2005 at 01:06 PM.

One thing you are missing for sure is the dextrose in your PWO shake. take in around 90g.

If you are doing morining cardio, I would take another hit of AAKG before bed.
