question about an energy supplement?
I am currently taking cre2 and no2. I have researched and found that most energy supplements such as caffeine, and ephedrine will give me a negative effect on my creatine. I am currently bulking and do not want to lose any of creatines effectiveness but i need the energy, i have been having energy problems in the gym lately and just feeling downright tired. I am wondering if there is anything out there that you guys might know about that can help me with this problem. By the way my diet is not the problem its pretty much on point.
Thanks alot.

Eat or drink more carbs before you workout, and drink gatorade while you workout...

The latest Article I have read says that caffeine will not counter the effects of creatine. Has anyone else noticed a countering effect?

thanks everyone for posting, i am dissapointed that the only real way to get energy is through fat loss supplements. would vitamin b work? if so which one.

i started taking injectable b-12 and it works great. Not as much of an engery boost, but a huge stamina boost. It does give you some engergy boost though.

also ON makes an atp booster. That should help engery and help with creatine effectiveness.

I tried finding it at the forum sponcer's site, www.allsportsnutrition.com (where I buy my 10 lb. bags of ON whey protein every month), but I didn't see any there (e-mail them, maybe it's sold under another name). Another trusted vendor I buy from every now and then has it: bulk nutrition (do a google search)

Bulk nutrition is probably your best bet for that stuff...

CEE and Caffeine really work
I’ve used cee for a while with and with out caffeine for a month each. I would have to say that using caffeine with cee does more good for me in the gym. I still get awesome results from cee and the caffeine lets me get that extra edge to lift a little heavier thus more weight more muscle.
