Dextrose

So is all dextrose the same? There isnt a "brewing" kind and PWO kind? Is any type I find ok?

There is a slower acting kind and then the kind that is extremely fast acting. Almost every brand that sells the slow acting kind will note it somewhere on the label, making it obvious that its the slower one. Almost all bodybuilding/nutrition stores will sell the fast acting kind.

Depends on what you need the dextrose for. Most people in body building need the fast acting.
