I take 2 grams before i workout, and that suits me fine.
k...my dosage is half a teaspoon is 2.5...so i guess ill try it...im drinking it as i type..or at least trying to drink it...nastiest creatine ive ever drank...anything i can mix it in without any carbs to make it taste better??
