    glucorell-r

    hey, i just started taking glucorell-r, my question is should I be taking this with all carb meals if I am currently cutting? and would that include even my post workout shake? btw, thanks for the responses, im starting to getting addicted to this site!

    yes- but ratio can be less with PWO meal- ie 1 cap per 50-80g of carbs as opposed to 1 cap per 20-40g of carbs
