Are there any good LEGAL supplements to use after a cycle?

There is nothing available OTC that work as well as REAL anti-e's (nolva, arimidex , clomid). Get the real stuff before you start your cycle, no matter what anyone says.

try creatine, plenty of protein and nutritious fodd, cut back on aerobic activity and train with extra good form with plenty of concentration and stop before reaching failure. I've been doing this for 5 weeks since coming of a heavy 12 week cycle and i think ive actaully gotten bigger.. cheers

Tribestan is pretty good IMO...
But not very cost effective...
Clomid is cheaper and stronger, but Tribestan can work to get the boys producing Test again if you megadose the stuff like 2000mg daily..

I agree w/everyone else...try a tribulus supp. It increases your LH, which essentially does the same thing as clomid (of course the results from clomid would be 10X greater than tribulus) But, for a supp. to take after your cycle, you'd be a fool not to take a LH booster. Good luck. -BB

chrysin is garbage it is kind of dead as a supplement. M from biotest is a great formula or DIM from natures way.

most people including myself thinks Chrysin is shit....however my best friend swears it helped his itchy nipples go away..maybe it will work for u bro..
