What creatine are you guys taking and why? I need to buy some and want to get some good 5hit.

ultimate nutrition, its $20 for a kilogram and is pure. creatine is creatine unless you get the crap w/ flavors.

Definately creatine ethyl ester. IMO its by far the best value. It's really cheap, more effective than monohydrate and will cause no bloat...

How is Cee more effective than regular creatine? I have been wondering about this
