just picked up some flax oil, i see this in alot of peoples diets, im on a cycle and am wondering what the benefits are of this and when and what to take it with, thanks.

just picked up some flax oil, i see this in alot of peoples diets, im on a cycle and am wondering what the benefits are of this and when and what to take it with, thanks.
I treat it as food. I take it with meals. If you follow a diet of protein/carbs or protein/fat then take it with the pf meals. Sometimes I take small amounts throughout the day, sometimes I take 2 tblsp. before bed. Just depends on the day. The only time I really wouldn't suggest it is post-workout when you should limit your fat intake.
