Hey bros, I just got some new protein at a good deal, ProStar Whey by Ultimate Nutritian. The thing is that this stuff does not mix very well when you "shake" it up. It does mix well with an electric mixer though...
Does anyone see an issue with me pre-mixing enough protein to last me for the whole day the previous night. In other words, mix up 4 - 6 scoops in the evening before bed and refrigerate. Then take the whole pre-mixed shake to work and drink it over the course of the day (1/3 before training, 1/3 after training, 1/3 after lunch).
Any issues with this? Someone told me that protein shakes can become toxic if you wait too long to drink them...
