    best protein shake?

    I want to buy the 10lbs bag of whey protein from allsportnutrition but i don't know which one is betetr and which ons tastes better the optimum nutrition one(http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/pr...&productid=120) or the solid muscle one (http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/pr...roductid=10975)

    Any one tried any of these?

    optimun is preatty good. cant say i've tried the other one but i dont think you will hate the optimun or think is bad....get chocolate tho, for some reason i get really bored from vanilla or strawberry.

    No, no, no... Monkey dirt has a much more grainy taste apart from the nice texture when it dries.

    This is smooth and kinda tastes like honey and cream (I shit you not, at least that's how I think it tastes).
