iv been looking into gettign a new protien that im gonna need for my diet change and i basicly need a protien thats is LOW carb fat cal has a good amount of vitimens and minerals amino acids tastes good, and the tastes good is very important, also if they sell it in a huge tub that would also be good, any one know of any sugestions

Whey protein isolate has no carbs, no fats and is all protein. Take that with a multivitamin and your good. Or go to TrueProtien.com they have custom protein mixes and you can add amino's and multivitamin/multimineral complex to all of your protein orders. Get the BSL flavors if you want good taste...
