I have had good experience cycling creatine...However when I come off I usually stop for a couple months...I wanted to try Creatine ethyl ester and see if my gains are any different.. so I stopped taking the regular creatine monohydrate...However once you stop supplementing with creatine how long would it be before your creatine levels return to normal???
I want to see if I make any different gains with this new creatine...
