    Question ECA dose??

    Whats up fellas... I forget the dose for ECA anyone know? I used to take it 3x's a day but I forgot how much...

    20-25 mg of E
    200 mg of C
    and a baby aspirin or half and adult dose

    aspirin is at 35mgs... right?? or pretty close??

    i think, but the Medical Journal on Obesity or something like that came out with a study that showed aspirin has no effect on the stack.
