It is not a dumb question but there is not enough information to answer it. How bid is the scoop, what is the mix (i.e. does it have a sweetner in it which takes up volume.Originally Posted by kman

Got the scoop from them, it is 100% protein mix, consisting of mostly whey. NO sweetner, just plain choc. I emailed them, but I am going to work out soon, so am a little anxious to try it out after my workout. Anyone else use them, might know. Thanx for the response SUPER

Should be 27g if it is isolate.
