    so which one is the best , seems like most of them really dont do much for me , thx ?

    big fan of nyquil

    needs to be used sparingly though, only when necessary. and if you usually use ephedra, it might not be as effective

    I normally recommend Drixoral Cold & Allergy. It does cause some drowsiness, but it actually works, also.
