Just wanted to give you guys an update. This will not be a log just wanna from time to time drop in and give my results. Here's what I got so far I'm 1 day into week 3:
Started:
July 6th
Weight 215lbs
BF: 15% or so
Today:
July 21
Weight 225 lbs
BF: 14%
Looking leaner and much much stronger. I had been cutting for about 14 weeks prior to starting, so strenght has stayed constant that entire time. Lifts Prior to starting:
Bench Press: 240 for 4-5 for my last set
Squat: 315 for 3-4 reps last set
Decline Bench: 185 8 Last set
Bicep curls: 85 for 8 last set
Decline Tricep Ext: 70 lbs for 8 last set
Now:
Bench Press: 260 for 6 for my last set
Squat: 345 for 6 reps last set
Decline Bench: 235 for 8 Last set
Bicep curls: 100 for 8 last set
Decline Tricep Ext: 95 lbs for 8 last set
All lifts have gone up these are just the sizable ones I remember. So far so good, really excited about the coming weeks!
