What up all? Listen just got a couple of containers of ON's Casein Protein. Never really heard of it before but Flex mag and the nutri store swear by it. Anyone got any good info on it. And or comparisons to reg. whey protein powder. LMK

Well I hate cottage cheese and I could never eat enough of it to get 240g of protein anyway.
