Does This Really Work????? And Question About Abs Help!!

Does cutting gel really work if u eat right and do what ur suppose to do(cardio,eating right,and abs) or is another scam for people that dont know anything.

Another question how many times do u guys do abs a week and for how long? I wanna get sick abs. Im not fat but my stomach is a little flabby and i think ill be able to work that extra baggage off with some work and dedication. What do u guys do for ab workouts?? Thanks fellas u guys r a huge help

#2 abs i do 2 times a week, but if u have flab the only way to lose it is cardio and a good diet

cutting gel is a temporary fix. NO real fat loss just works like a diuretic ( removes water from under skin, believe it or not I have used hemroid creme an hour or so before going out, works the same, a lot cheaper
