Supplement feedback required.. + Muscle Memory??
Hi everybody,
It has been over a year since I posted and I have recently realised that I must now train naturally. I first started juicing when I was 16 and continued until just recently (I turned 20 today). Starting steroids at such a young age has caused me a number of serious physical and emotional problems. Anyway it was not my intention to post a message of this nature.
What I really need help with is getting back on my feet physically without sticking 23gauges in my legs, arms and glutes .
I need advice as to what supplements I should bother investing in. Before responding I would just like to add that I have a great diet already made up for me, I need to know what OTC supplements actually work because I have never really bothered too much with them in the past. My attitude was "Nothing is more anabolic than Testosterone so why bother".
I have done a little research and am considering the following.
Prolab N-Large II 4.5Kg (30 serves) Vanilla
EAS Phosphagen Elite 40Serves Fruit Punch - 4th Gen Creatine
BSN Nitrix 180 Tablets
I forgot to mention that I am a seriously underweight ectomorph.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Also I just wanted to know about Muscle Memory, because I once had a well shaped muscular body - will it be easier to achieve this again?
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Any feedback is greatly appreciated, many thanks.

bro, if your diet is in check you should have no problem gaining. The muscle will come back as long as you work hard and have the right diet. You need to post your diet first off. Read the bulking stickies.

Basically my diet looks like this:
Morning: Salmon and Avocado Omelette & thick toast
Coffee
Water
Brunch: Protein Shake
Stick of celery
Water
Lunch: Noodles with chicken and vegetables
Water
Afternoon Snack: Protein Shake
Coffee
Water
Dinner: Lean Steak
Potatos & Tomato
Water
Before bed: Bowl of mixed cocopops and muesli cereal with grounded flax seed and whey powder.
Water
See I work fulltime and I only get one half hour lunch break during an 8 hour shift. So I cant have meals for Brunch and Afternoon snack.
