M1T is a steroid, not a prohormone. It's also one of the most powerful orals in existence. Milligram for milligram I would venture to say that it's stronger than DBol and Anadrol. The sides are also severe. I have never gone for more than 2 weeks on M1T.

SD is around 50% as anabolic mg for mg as M1T so take 50% more SD

I believe that SD has put more quality mass than M1T. The strength increases with M1T are through the roof but the weight gain is not as good as the SD. Also I've done 4 cycles of M1T with no sides at all, and the first with SD I've gotten a lot of acne and severe mood swings (almost killed the trooper that pulled me over today....yes yes yes I went to jail woopty-dooo....not the first time anyways!)
