For those who have taken SD and had bllodwork done afterwards and found their lipid profiles in the single digits, what did the doctor's telll u to do to bring ur profile's back up? did they prescribe any medication? tell you to take any precautions?... i am coming to the end of my SD cycle so just wondering what to expect.... thanks.

You need to go get some Cholesterol Support Supps. Here's a few:
Red Yeast Rice w/ CoQ10
Fish Oil Caps
SesaThin
Make sure to ge getting some soluable fiber as well and your HDL levels should rebound nicely.

i'm takin all those now... so u say keep takin them even after the cycle? is that what the doc will say too after he finds my lipid profile's in the single digits?... how long should i continue taking em for?Originally Posted by Giantz11

I would take all of those for the duration of your PCT. I'd say it takes about the same time to restore ones lipids.

My Dr. nearly sh!t when she saw my bloodwork. I am on Vytorin now to get things normalled out. And yes, I was taking all the cholesterol supps during the cycle... it just didn't help against SD. That stuff works, but is nasty to your lipids. Good luck.

what reason did u give ur doc for the messed up lipids?

I told her the truth. I was taking a new legal supplement that has charateristics similar to that of an anabolic.

Niacin, Red Yeast Rice, Fish Oil, Garlic oil, and increased cardio should bring things back to normal. You have no worries telling the doctor the truth, they've heard it all before.
