Do Ab machines really work? I have heard that the Abtronic, Abenergizer, and all those other machines vary. Please express your experience or opinion.

if you buy something for your abdominals, buy a swiss ball. this will give you a full range of motion and the ability to add weight to your movements. this comes in handy due to the simple fact that abdominals respond better to lower rep ranges. some people have no idea what it feels like to work their abdominals to complete failure.
