if its a gel that says that help you loose fat.. ITS BULLSHI%T ..what really works is diet and cardio nothing beats that...there is gels that can help you dry out the water but not fat at all. or atleast i dont belive in that

I've wondered the same thing about cutting gel. I do not know myself. Is it water you're losing or the shrinking of fat cells? The gel can only be applied before working out. It supposedly releases the fat from that area (spot reducing fat) and it is metabolized during exercise. They claim to have a study that backs up their product. A woman put their gel on one leg and not the other. After taking measurements, the leg that gel had been put on it was smaller. For a better description, check out cutting gel at bodybuilding.com.

There are certain cutting gels taht do work, by increasing the blood flow to the problematic area. There is also science that backs these claims. You should read the article: The Science of Topical Fatloss by Par Deus over at avantlabs, good shit.

I have heard that some do work, however heard they work best for those who are lean already and just fine-tuning.
