I think it is commonly accepted that a loading phase is no longer necessary. 5g a day either before you workout or after should be enough.
I always incorporated a loading phase at the start, but have gone without it and still seen results.
A few years ago, I read over at the powerstore.com they advocated staying at the loading phase 20-30g for the duration of the cycle. They believed it produced superior results when compared with the 5-10g method. Is there any validity to this method?
