    What is your favorite multi vitamin

    I have been taking twinn lab's one a day multi (capsule) with out iron. What multi vitamins do you guys take?

    I use Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate Male, decent vitamin, cheap too.

    Universal's Animal Pak... not only a complete multi-v, but also a good preworkout supplement.

    If you like Twinlabs products, give their dualtab a shot. I believe it is superior to the their one-a-day.
