DON'T help me design my PWO/MRP shakes

maybe now Ill get some responses........

I found this website that lets you decide what exactly you want to put in your protein, creatine etc. I need some of you to help me decide which percentage (totalling 100%) of the following ingredients I should put into it to create a really good meal replacement/PWO shake. Im trying to gain lean muscle with as little fat as necessary. So how much (%) of each and which ones should i get? Thanks you guys/chicks.

actually Im not sure about proper timing of them or the proper ratio it should contain. that was my main concern while figuring this out.

I'd throw some Whey Concentrate, Isolate and some Micellar Casein together (figure out the best ratios according to price) Example 40% Concentrate, 30% Isolate 30% Casein and I'd use that as my protein shake for all times. Thinking about doing this myself.

when i ordered from TP

i used this combination

65% whey isolate cold filtration
30% micellar casien
5% dextrose

+ aminogen

+ BSL ORange cream flavour system

FREE FOOD GRADE BAGS , i use my isopure 8.8lb bucket for storage ......... hehe

i used this protien combo for only my PWO & before bed shakes .............. worked good for me

it was nice , tasted like orange falvoured milk ............. well i make my shakes in 2% milk ............ i dont do water .........

wow...all those options are making my head spin!! you say they ask for percentages...does it give you a gram count for each serving?

also, that site has predesigned combo's for older guys, and for special needs.. just remember.. no sugar..

I prefer the homemade cell-tech with 2 scoops of tasteless why protein from TP.com, theres a link on here, or just search homemade cell tech on yahoo, it taste good, and has all u need, carbs,protein,creatine,great taste
