:D If you can find a way to throw them in your pocket without the clerk seeing, then I would say they are worth it. Just eat your 30-60g of slow release protein every 2 hours and trust me, you will stay in a positive nitrogen balance. They seem like a good idea, and they probably work. . .so you can go ahead and get em, but IMO...save your money to buy some extra protein so you can stay in a positive nitrogen state. ;)
that would be cool if they did work.. however I would prolly use them at different times of the day and week to get a better overall picture.
