Im 20 yrs old and weigh about 150 and am 5'8.
I have tried high protein and calorie diets but nothing is getting me bigger(muscle wise). I was wondering if anyone had any ideas, besides creatine??

How many calories are you eating a day? How much sleep do you get a night, Do you drink heavily? Do you do alot of cardio?
By the way, welcome to the board!
Well lately i have been eating or sleeping well because of finals. But i do try to get at least 8 hours a night. Would you say goin the "natural way" is the best way to go? or should i look into certain supplements??
