Does creatine expire
I've got a half-used tub of monohydrate that's probably been open 2/3 years. Is it: nothing/diminished effectiveness/death I have to contend with if I use it?

It won't kill you, but it won't do much to help you either. Creatine doesn't technically expire, it just breaks down and becomes less and less effective. I don't think they put experation dates on creatine for that reason. You can get some use out of it, but probably not much. It all depends on how you stored it. If it was in a dark container, in a cool and dry environment, it will still have some kick to it. Don't try to double the dosage or anything to compensate because you don't know how much it's broken down.
