I am considering using injectable b vtamins for a boost to my workouts pre workout, i have a few questions for anyone who can help though. First off, should i use b12 or b complex, in what does, also my workout schedule is 2 days on 1 day off would it be ok to use it on these 2 days pre workout, how long can i use it for, and are there any side effets? thanks for al the help. Also i dont know if this is asking for a source but where cani get this supplement. Ie seen places where you can get it but it is for vetinary purposes is this safe?
