Im a 35yr Male been working out for the past year or so and in the past 3 months i been real serious about it.
Workout 4 days a week
day1 - Arms,Abs
day2 - chest,back
day3 - rest
day4 - tris,legs
day5 - shoulders,Abs
rest on day 6,7
Creatine pre workout Juice:
i take 5gm of creatine a day
with 500 mcg chromium picolinate,
200mg alpha lipic acid,
dextrose and grape juice
Animal Pac Vitimins
3000mg HMB ( 1500mg with 2 scoops of protien mix after workout and befor bed )
20mg M1T ( 10mg twice a Day -cycling 2weeks on 2weeks off-)
25mg DHEA ( before bed )
1600mg Chrysin ( 800mg twice a day )
3000mg Tribulus ( 1500mg twice a day )
8000mg L-arginine ( 4000mg befor workout and 4000mg after workout )
ok i have a few questions:
1: Is stacking L-arginine and creatine ok?
2: Im on my last day of my 12week cycle of M1T should i up my dose of 25mg DHEA to 50mg or higher?
3: Should i up the doses of my Tribulus and Crysin? and if so for how long?
4: Are any of my doses a waste of time? to much? to little?
