When taking superdrol should the dosage be split? Or can I taken the 20mgs all at once (same goes for the 30mgs for the last two weeks)?
Also, if I split the dosage, what are the best times to taken them?

I take two doses of 20mg. once in the morning and once in the evening.
i think the half life of sd is 6hrs. also it works best if you take it 1hr-1 1/2hrs b4 your work out. for example, i workout at 9:30 at night so my first sd would be 10mg at 2:00 then my next 10mg would be at 8:00.
