    Theres lots of companys about so i was just wondering if any of you experts fancy giving your definative top 5 companys mine are
    1 Maximuscle
    2 AST
    3 EAS
    4 Prolab
    5 Twinlab

    Never heard of Maximuscle, but the rest I believe go in THIS order:

    1. EAS (Great line of procucts, Good prices too)
    2. Twinlab (All sorts of supps. from vitamins to Protein)
    3. Prolab( Good vitamins and assorted pills)
    4.AST(Dymetadrine is their so called "Money maker")
    5. Maximuscle??? (A sphyncter says what???)

    Yes and one of the most expensive Billy LOL

    Garnell do pretty good stuff too!! But being british i do like some of Chemical Nutrican suppliments especially his pre workout Napalm drinks! Cant train without them!!

    Prolab good too cheeper Creatine!!

    here's one for Jason---anything from all sports nutrition. ha ha. anyway, the only supp. i use right now are BCAA's (sportpharma), CLAs(twinlab), and megaglutamine(twinlab).
