    NEED Quick Answer!!

    will water pills hurt me while taking CEE will it reduce the effects. Keep in mind I drink about a gallon and a half a day

    f*ck the water pills. You will cramp like crazy if you mix the two.

    I took Taraxatone (sp ??) before and probably didn't drink enough water because it made me cramp in my sleep. I thought I was going to die from a leg cramp !!
    DRINK LOTS OF H2O. They do work though.
