Well I am sure most of you have noticed that when you make your own blended protien shake that if you let it sit in the blender for a few minutes you will see how much the shake will drop. Thus you are drinking alot of air when drinking protien shakes. And if you are drinking 3 shakes a day thats a lot of extra air you are drinking. I think!
ANyways my problem is I cant stop burping and it is making me feel like shit. Is their anything you can do for this. I hope I am not the only one who expierences this.
