R-ala
i have read some info about this stuff and see how it increases insulin sentivity..how does this compare to chromium..also whats the deal with ppl saying they can eat alot but if they take some R-ala it cancels out the effect of the buffet somewhat and they dont gain fat...would chromium being stacked with R-ala be good idea..i have chromium to use up in the meantime of me waiting to get my R-ala ordered

R-ALA is no miracel supplement. Some use it to help prevent carbs stored as fat during a cheat day. It can be beneficial to use at these times. I also like it before morning cardio to clear blood sugar to get into fat burining quicker.

Regular ALA is actaully a mix of 50% S-ALA (You don't want) and R-ALA 50% (the good half).

I wouldn't say its significant in terms of total fat loss. But some ALA theoretically should clear you blood sugar and help you reach the fat burning zone quicker. So you could have a few minutes more than you normally would have.

hey giants assuming the day before morning cardio ..ur last meal containing carbs was in the morning or mid day at the latest...would u be burning fat right from the get go of cardio? would u be in somewhat ketosis?

no ketosis takes a few days generally. Some people think ALA can help get you back into it quicker though.
