Yeah, whey is quickly absorbed. Calcium caseinate and micellular casein are are absorbed the slowest and the 'best', but also expensive and not so good post workout.
They can be used post workout, there is not statistical difference between the two used PWO.
what about ISO type?
Whey Protein Isolate you mean?
The rate of absoption and how our body utilizes it is huge.
I try to use my whey shakes along w/ meals when bulking. Then my meal replacements consist of a complex, whey, casein, egg etc....
I dont ever drink a 100% whey shake on an empty stomach. Absorbs too quick.
Correct me if i'm wrong but there are 2 types of whey protein normal whey and isolate... where as isolate is more pure its a cleaner whey which i thought absorbed faster than normal whey... am i on track here or what fellas...Originally Posted by Giantz11
