I felt increase in pumps during the first week of my SD cycle and an increase in strength during the second week. My cycle was 20 mg/ day for 4 weeks. (actually i didn't complete the 4th week due to worrying about and preparing for hurricane rita, my nerves were shot, appetite went downhill, and didn't workout for about a week....aaarrggh!)
