Im dieting right now on a lean bulk diet..... 3000 cals a day 310 grams protien 315 carbs.... ive lost fat and the diet is actually working...however ive lost soem strength....my workouts dont feel explosive and ive lost some reps.. ive lost fat and about 1-2 pounds so i prob gained a pound or so of muscle and lost a few pounds of fat.... will addign a weight gainer give me the more muscle im looking for ???? or will it give me some fat also? it sure would be nice to add an extra 1000 cals to my day
