PCT time is approaching and was going to try trib as part of it as recommended on this board. I wondered which is more efficient - to split the 4g dose up over the course of the day, or to do it in one whack (like before training/bed)?

i would take a dose b4 training say like 45-1hr prior. i would take the rest in the a.m.
Yep - Got a friend that's using it now and splits his doses like that - b4 workout and then later - he says it's working for him.
