I am 20 years old, 5 8 in height, and weigh 170. Not to sure about body fat, but I wouldn’t say I am fat at all I just don’t have shredded abs. My 1 rep max in bench is an honest 275 no crazy bounce or lifting of the lower back. My goal is to put on size and strength, but I would also like to tone up. I am more into size then being cut. Do I need to add anything or take anything out? I know there is tons of supplements out there I am just not sure what is right for me. I have taken CEE(pill form) in the past. I am thinking about doing that again should I? If so what brand and how much should I take? I also have L- Arginine(500mg), L-Glutamine(500mg), L-Carnosine(500mg), & Taurine(500mg). Should I be taking them? If so how much and how often? The reason I haven’t taken them is bc I wasn’t sure on how much and when to take them.
