Hmmm....I have some that is expired too, and I'm not trusting it..It's going in the garbage. I'm not saying it's not still decent, I personally would rather fork out another $20-30 bones instead of possibly "wasting" a month of training.

If the creatine is free of moisture its most likely still good! I have seen most creatines that are flavored go bad faster than pure creatine monohydrate.

But with that said...go buy some new shit and sleep like a baby!

    Good call Mighty J

I would have to go with Mighty Joe on this one guys. As far as losing a month of training is concerned, I have never been able to tell the effects of creatine while on it, but I have always noticed a difference when I come off of it. I would try it, the least that would happen is nothing, If a week goes by and you can not get the extra reps out that you did before then throw it away. Creatine has a long shelf life on most likely when you bought it the stuff already had some age on it anyway.

I like you Tobey didn't see any difference with Creatine, all I found that it gave me a bloated look, which I didn't like. funny thing is when I first started using it, I noticed all kinds of gains, but now once I have had it already, I haven't noticed anything major. I guess my body has gotten used to it. Oh well.. My advice is what Tobey said, give it a shot. I mean is there such a thing as "wasted training"? I don't think so. I mean if you aren't using creatine and working out, I would never soley base my workouts on Creatine anyways. I mean I would use it again (maybe), but will stack it with something else.

    OK! SORRY!
...Geeeezeee...I simply meant, you could have been lifting for one month with GOOD creatine, instead of EXPIRED CREATINE! Man.....say one thing and everybody jumps on you.
