When is the best time to take protien? I know this has probably been beaten to death on this site but i still need the answers :1laugh:

I'm assuming you mean whey protien powder. The best times to take it is pre and post workout. It can be used other times of the day, but it should be combined with foods that slow down the absorption such as milk, oats, casein powder, and fats.
