Dhea!?
Hey! I was curious about a DHEA cycle? I have taken DHEA before and had some really good results, but I had taken 100mg and I was wondering about taking 300-400mg? I was thinking about trying Higher Power DHEA 200 this time. Any feedback, wether or not I should use this product or an excellent way to cycle this.

haha, thanks! Well what if I took 100mg again? Would that do anything and if I do take it with superdol should I take it before, or after would you recommend? I didn't take DHEA for 3 months.

Most of the stuff you hear about DHEA being ineffective is because of short term studys. There are a few long terms studys on the supplement that show an over all possitive effect , even for women( reduces risk of breast cancer if you can believe that). Even good for the prostate. One thing its very effective over time at doing is reducing the stress hormones and promoting healing in the body. Its not so much of taking a lot of it, but more to the point of keeping your DHEA levels on the high end or slightly elevated. DHEA is still being heavily studied in the body. Most all of the people who live the longest lifes have great DHEA levels. So in the short term you arent going to see much really, not even the reported mood elevation is immediate( to some people it is, but not most), that usually takes around 6 weeks to even notice that. In a way, id put it in the vitamin catagory as far as what to expect. It sounds like you want it mostly as a muscle builder like other pro hormones. If thats the case, you should leave this behind. But if overall longterm health is your goal, this is a supplement that I believe you shouldnt miss out on. Ill try to find the research and studies on line and post them if anyone is interested.
