    are ce2 pills good to take , has anyone tried them? please let me know some results? thanks

    i take cre-ethyl thunder and it works well. I was weighing around 240 now im aorund 250-253 range. I gained this in two weeks. I know its mostly water retention but its still about 12 lbs

    The pills are good, CEE powder is almost unbearable for me to get down.

    Yah, I take the cee pills. Easier than the powder. Good gains.

    oh yah. it'll tell you how to take it on the label. something like 4 15-30 min pre/post w/o.
